Good coworkers and easy to work with.

Cons

managers, have no idea how to run a hazardous waste service industry. They have top tier managers running the department with no knowledge of hazardous waste management. Hiring people just to fill bodies with high overturn rate.

It's a running joke that Univar years are like dog years, time flies and you work like crazy. It can be exhausting and people burn out quickly
