It's a very traditional company. A huge group company with a complete steel supply chain. They invest in their employees and in the city as well. There is a amazing searching centre. The compony has lots of social actions for community and families. They take of the environment and safety.

Cons

It is not easy to get a promotion or a salary increase. Sometimes is like work for a big family company. The company still reminds some chacacteristics from the past like a government company.
