At VLI there is a genuine concern about people's well being and carreer. Life is taken seriouly as a real and precious value for all.
Cons
There is constant pression for achieving budget goals that are, sometimes, unrealistic.

Good benefits and people ready to help you on understanding the processes within the company.
Cons
Bad career plan for the interns with the company preferring to hire new ones instead of promoting them. The same applies for its Graduate program (or Trainee).
