      Pros

      VTEX's technical team is very good, they understand a lot of the complexities related to the process, and are perfectly capable of solving any engineering problem in the organization

      Cons

      Need to have a more consistent vision in terms of the product, understanding the complexity of the existing solution (some legacy solutions) versus the need to continue growing and expanding.

      Pró é trabalhar com muita gente bacana e boa no que faz.

      Cons

      Contra é a desorganização da empresa, que sempre esteve presente, e ainda mais durante o último movimento de desligamento de empregados. Alguns recém contratados. Uma verdadeira bagunça. Cultura nao é mais trabalhada de maneira sistemática, nao existe mais. Só "fazer mais com menos", como sempre diz um dos fundadores.

      It's great to build big company, but it takes a lot of effort, autonomy and creativity. VTEX is a great place with a lot of great people.
