The company values who appears the most - hosting events, being active on slack - even if this person is doing a low quality job or has no idea of what is happening in its own team or how to properly manage it. The management gives a lot of power to unexperienced young people and the result is a mess. In 2022 the management was clearly lost, changing strategies all the time (splitting and joinning teams randomly) and fireing some really great professionals. Of course, networking with the right people is essencial if you wanna grow and stay there - it doesn't really matter how well you perform. I worked 12 hours a day during the pandemic and had great performance reviews, but didn't waste time flattering the managers. When I entered I was lost since there was little to no omboarding and had to learn how the company worked by myself.

Very amateur structure overall. Leaders don’t have the necessary knowledge nor expertise for that. Communication is very confusing (all levels) and ppl feel insecure very often. They claim to be opened for feedback but they’re not.
