      - Great engineering team - Cooperative culture - Deep technical challenges brought about by product complexity, volume of traffic and strict performance requirements that enterprise customers demand - A good set of compensation benefits for a Brazilian company

      Cons

      - Very accelerated expansion resulted in some technical debts that interrupt the progress of engineering teams often - Lack of alignment between Engineering, Product and Growth areas sometimes also gets in the way
