      Pros

      Company is facing a difficult period and they want to call it high e Very flexible on routines and home office police is very important for all.

      Cons

      Very amateur structure overall. Leaders don’t have the necessary knowledge nor expertise for that. Communication is very confusing (all levels) and ppl feel insecure very often. They claim to be opened for feedback but they’re not.
