      Good Company - bad HR practices

      Pros

      It's a company that has great employees - people that are kind, committed, and skilled in doing their jobs. I learn a lot from the people I work with and have had very few bad interactions in the past years that I have been working here.

      Cons

      It's a company that has never truly focused on having a strong HR team. Two (female) CPO's were laid off and, in my perspective, it had a lot to do with them asking hard questions and trying to stop actions that were not compliant with a humanized yet efficient HR.
