      The culture, the office vibe, their vision, their CEO. They have the best team that I've worked with.

      Cons

      Some people may not deal very well with an horizontal hierarchy model.

      Pros

      The Rio's office is just amazing and It doesn't stop to grow, there's a lot of high skilled and easy to work people, and the flat hierarchy and (team) self management is something really enjoyable.

      Cons

      The freedom of choice brings some issues like rework and same solution two products, but so far, I believe It's a fair price. Lack of career plan.
