      Pros

      - Good work/life balance - Remote work (tech) and good offices - In tech, there aren’t many senior leaderships, the structure is more flat - Many technical and product challenges, allowing people to grow fast and cause impact

      Cons

      - Stock is always going down, affecting RSU compensation - As the company becomes more mature, some leaders and ICs become lowkey averse to innovation - Some specific units in engineering (only a few, but important ones) have really bad management issues despite everyone reporting and talking about it
