      Great company for those who love challenges. Strong corporate culture. Strong growth. Salary is in the average of the industry.

      Cons

      Women's career evolution up the ladder stops very quickly, unless for those who are willing to sacrifice completely their private life. Benefits are clearly not up to the expected level.

      Pros

      Flexible; able to move between projects and company allows for a lot of autonomy within groups. A good about of room for advancement and permanent employment; company will keep on an intern until a full-time position is available. Very diverse in culture and language. Management is very friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      The job is only as fulfilling as you make it. It can be easy to slack off and find yourself on the outs of a project. Teams could benefit from more goal oriented timelines, outlined by management.
