      -canteen -some colleaugues were friendly. -nice location. -multinational workplace

      Cons

      -A lot of politics. -Incompetent and uneducated managers. -Bullying of engineers by their managers or even by the suppliers is a fully acceptable behavior there. -Extremely high turn over rates. The most experienced and better educated people leave the organization in very short time. - No transparency. -No hope of working in a peaceful and efficient way if you are not a member of specific networks.

      Lots of nice people work here. Good international headcount. Multicultural influence.

      Cons

      Management prefer reaction rather than action. Makes life really tough on engineers at the coalface. Us and them attitude between R&D and Production. H&S are out of control, not possible to have a letter-opener to open a package. No lessons learned between pretty similar projects, same issues reappearing all of the time.
