Pros
Valee Autoklimatizace in Prague is multicultural company and is able provide salary higher then median is for same position in competition companies. Basicly Valeo is great company and if you have good n+1 and department, you have great opportunity to do big carrier. You can work around world, use daily English and German language.
Cons
Main con is instability. Human base with hard skills is very poor and that lead to overload good workers. Moreless that isn't research and development centre like is understood in competition companies. Especially on DAS and CDV it's strongly focused to stabilizing internal processes. Don't expect real project development work and you can expect employee fluctuation. Not every promised benefits are provided.
