      Pros

      People were very nice and supportive. There were lots of smart people to learn from.

      Cons

      The manufacturing facility in Greensburg isn't the cleanest of places. There is definitely an overwhelming feeling of hierachy within their lab department.

      * on time salary * no work pressure

      * * No learning opportunity for fresher * No managment skill for the manager * No employee carrier road map * No proper structure * no defined roles and responsibilites * On name of SPOC / SME u wil be taken for clerk work * No credits for the work * No domain related activites * Highly de motivated * managment will not support you , incase of any issues with customer. Even though the mistake is not from yourside. *Managment not capable of bringing new and big projects
