      only bonus for managers which causes lost motivation for others, limited career advancement, too much profit oriented

      Distant location ( a hell of ride, slightly extreme measures might be taken to adapt, eg: relocating to 6th of october city, taken the company bus instead of travel allowance, driving long hours on a tight schedule, ...)

      May have an "old fashion" approach on several topics but is currently transforming itself and becoming more & more open to new ideas and practices
