      Automotive industry is very dynamic and Valeo as one of the Top equipment maker must beat the rythm of Product, process Innovations but also Program Management methodologies. To work by Valeo is quite demanding but richful of experience.

      Cons

      As all large companies, there are always more and more internal Standards to respect that may affect the working flexibility

      Great opportunities for different levels of interns. Great work environment, with many willing to help further ones knowledge. Great first experience.

      Cons

      Some lack of communication. Could use some work on overall employee interaction. Many individuals were very unlikely to reach out to interns.
