      The roles and responsibilities are not clear Lake of appropriate technical training specially for the new batches Career path specially technical is not so clear Appraisals are not subjective in many situations

      A lot of areas of applying contributions if you want to. Company stresses communication on the floor to help with problem solving.

      Cons

      With any large company there is a risk of some politics within the corporate structure. There seems to always be one or two people willing to do whatever it takes for a step up the ladder.
