      Very tough but challenging and great for a few years!!

      Pros

      Employees get a lot of responsibilities even when they're juniors, the company has very good standards and processes from which I personally learnt a lot, possibility to work abroad and move if one's committed.

      Cons

      Life work balance is quite bad very often especially in the finance department, salaries seem unequal, I suddenly got several good offers when I resigned but not before (I had expected to be transferred much before and it was delayed...).

      You will gain experience in the automotive industry if you are interested, but you will find a lot of difficulties to use the modern and the latest technologies.

      Low salary, the are not up to date with the automotive industry. Re use of legacy modules and components in the development process
