      Pros

      People, atmosphere, self development, career opportunities are the strongest points of this company. It's a great place to gain great experience.

      Cons

      Salary is rather low but still quite competitive given the country I live in. The most people on mid management level tend to be overloaded only hardly finding work/live balance during the week.
