      Exposure & responsibilities come very fast if you work well. International environment within your team & site, contact with internal/external supplier & customers, ... Internal & international mobility if you are curious and mobile Work environement (depends on site), compensation & benefits? Culture (precision, effiency, ...), values (team work, project teams, empowerment, ...), open-mindedness (new people, new ideas, ...)

      Workload & worklife balance should be monitored closely by Management & Employees Sometimes too much bureaucracy

      - Gain a lot of experience in short time - Ability to work with different products and products lines in the same place - Modern well furnished in a very nice place with many nice views and facilities - Able to meet a very high experienced people - Learn how to develop high quality software

      Cons

      - Very bad managers mentality and management style - Most probably you will lose your personal life due to very high work load - Very unprofessional environment - No one can understand how are the evaluations based on - No transparency - A lack of efficient tools due to its high prices and the treatment of Valeo other sites to the Egyptian one as a low cost engineers
