      Very professional structures, systems, processes. Highly motivated people join the company on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Human resources strategy is somehow outdated and keep too much a Europe market mindset despite operating global.

      Great environment and culture Generous medical insurance package Generous transportation allowance Big organization, this adds to your management skills Premises surrounded by nice gardens Good overall package

      Cons

      After about 6 months, technical skills gained is almost 0 because we're doing the same thing again and again. Location toooo far from the city. Took me totaly 3-4 hours daily to come to work and back. Food/Cafeteria has always been a problem

      Pros

      Good salary, benefits, close to freeway.

      Cons

      They just want to make money at lowest cost. Will only hire interns and will make engineers compete with each other. HR goals is a mockery. I heard that Thermal division is good though. Customers very dissatisfied and order cancellations likely.
