After about 6 months, technical skills gained is almost 0 because we're doing the same thing again and again.
Location toooo far from the city. Took me totaly 3-4 hours daily to come to work and back.
Food/Cafeteria has always been a problem
They just want to make money at lowest cost. Will only hire interns and will make engineers compete with each other. HR goals is a mockery. I heard that Thermal division is good though. Customers very dissatisfied and order cancellations likely.
