      Valeo has an amazing work environment, you can feel there that you are at home The colleagues are always helpful Managers have a perfect managerial style Valeo takes care of your trainings and trend as well

      You will never can balance between your personal life and the job Project leaders always put wrong estimation of time, and the engineers always afford that

      - Working environment is great - colleagues are helpful - Flexible hours somehow - Salary range is acceptable for the country

      Cons

      - No balance between work and life at all, they need you working all the time! - Lack of transparency. - No concrete process for evaluation, Evaluation usually depends on personal Manager impression - HR department is doing their main job which is taking care of "Human resources" whom are the employees, instead they are taking care of the company interests. - They can leave doing the same things for years wither you are gaining new knowledge or you fed up with what are you doing.
