      Team work and pay and not much else.

      Cons

      Never know when we get off work, it's bull crap, we can't plan on a day, we may get off at 2.30 or 5:00 we can't make appointments, may get off at 3 one day and they add on to our numbers and have to work way late, it's unbelievable, we have never worked for a company that totally controls your life, people are pissed and they don't accept a doctor's note??? Really..

      Being a French Company, things dont really need to be done quickly

      Cons

      Lots of Processes, Lots of Acronyms, Infighting between groups for budget, Constant updates to product updates. Bottom-up approach means bottom people do the work, come up with the ideas and the top people will determine if its a good idea. This company deserves to die with the automotive industry as a whole.
