      Stability: A large, financially secure corporation with clear salary payments and standard benefits. Relocation & Social Package: Good relocation support and a fair benefits package (pension contribution, cafeteria, etc.). Junior Friendly: A good starting point for graduates. Colleagues: Most technical teams are composed of great, helpful engineers who do their best despite the management culture.

      Cons

      Blocked Internal Mobility: There is a strong "talent hoarding" culture. Even if you have the skills and background for a different role, line managers can block your transfer to keep you on their projects. Outdated Interview Methods: Technical interviews for internal roles use 90s-style logic puzzles. Bureaucracy over Engineering: Too much time is spent on documentation and Jira ticket management rather than actual creative engineering. Lack of Real Career Growth: Promotion and transition processes are non-transparent and often feel like a "veto" system where your current manager has too much power over your future.
