      great products that have a future dynamic, if overstretched, R&D dept lean and continuously improving production dept Great place to see so many lean manufacturing systems working towards a big picture/ system that is managed tightly by french HQ

      Cons

      lean manufacturing systems can be relentless and impersonal in imposing targets HR fully espouses the harvard business model of Human Resources

      Nice location, Nice HR, acceptable salaries

      A lot of politics. They don't care about the innovation. The tasks assigned to the employees do not take into account the employees position and expertise. To survive in the organization you need to tolerate a lot of offensive behaviors coming within or out of the organization
