      Valeo is a global platform Both personal and work life will be good Renumeration will be good

      Cons

      -No questions should be raised will towards the management will lead to threaten or shouting from the Manager -Resigned employee is forced by Manager to declare himself as a under performer and that's why he is resigning -Creating their own policy as per their requirement, where already is been in existence -Total misuse of authority

      In terms of company, Valeo is Process & Policy driven company.

      Cons

      The core value of the company which is process and policy itself is not properly followed by the VITC management. Breaking the policy which is laid down by Valeo has become a fashion by the VITC management, this situation is directly affecting the employees well being. No transparent communication by the VITC management also only one way communication which is only by the VITC management. Employees not able to express their views. Working in a very constrained environment only in terms of VITC management.
