Training is little to nonexistent. At least when I started there was no training period where you learned about the different products, how to work with them, or how to use Valeo systems and tools. If you're a function owner you'll be expected to write requirements for products but there was no training on the correct way to write the requirements or the approval process for them. The pay could be better. I have a female colleague who has the same title and position as me whose starting pay is less than what I started at over 3 years ago. She technically had more experience than I did as she started as an intern and I only started right out of college.
