      An industry giant , with a respectable name. You can learn a lot , if you get the chance , ans its name aline in your CV boosts your career. But overall that's not always enough.

      Cons

      Not people oriented , you are not a valued resource for the company and that is made clear and reflected on your appraisals , career path , salary increases .

      The management will not listen to your queries and will not do what they said. even they will not normalize the salary to the hardware people.

      On site canteen, some staff are alright to get on with.

      Cons

      Christian was awful, like another user said, there is a lot of bullying, they cover up clear WRC breeches to save their own skin, the HR is a joke and there is no real training here, not to mention they make out you will get free healthcare and be able to work from home, both of which is untrue.
