      Good pay, excellent benefits, fantastic pension (as you’d expect when tech meets finance), a good culture (in Belfast), good communication structure in Belfast too

      Cons

      Have struggled to implement agile at scale, have issues working out where “delivery” can support development, not always clear who is responsible for what, massive complexity issues with work

      Good benefits. Care about employees. Good values. Business to be proud to be part of, enabling payment transactions for businesses and banks across the world.

      Too many emails and meeting invites for things that are not directly related to you - this could be trimmed significantly if there was some central review and management of communications, but it sometimes feels that every department can spam every other, that all consider their message of importance.
