Pros

Great local leadership, an appealing culture, genuinely good people to work with across the teams, communication seems good both locally and across the org, fantastic package when the benefits are added up

Cons

The expected red tape of a large organisation. It can lack focus on what the teams are to achieve, changing priorities (from above local leadership) causes frustration on the ground, making an honest attempt to be an agile org but could probably use additional coaching help across the org. Finally, mandated office working of 2-3 days per week (currently 2). This goes against the norm in UK and Irish tech and could drive good people away.
