      Pros

      Good work/like balance, Good benefits, Stable career and very stable job excellent job security. Very multicultural working environment with opportunities to develop yourself.

      Cons

      Can take a lot of networking to get things done, need to 'buy everyone in'. Sometimes 'who you know' matters more than 'how you have performed'. When tough decisions need to be made there is no one to make them at Board level.

      Flat organization. Feels like you are working at a start-up because we went from a private organization to a public entity recently.
