The environment and culture are solemn and depressing as the company continually carries out ninja-style rounds of layoffs (often weekly). Appreciation is not a word that the company appears to have adopted in its vocabulary, except of course if one is at the management level.

- Higher management is compromised of very old people struggled through the years and do not believe in latest technology. They believe in punch cards and what the employees to be at their desk at 9 AM, but don't want to talk about exit time. No telecommute, no work from home, no vacations. - Constant change in management is causing good talent to leave. - Very harsh way to letting employees go. They even fire their employees when they are on vacation. - No formal communication on reasons for any action taken by higher management. - Higher management is just at cost cutting without any baseline.
