      Good benefits but chaotic work environment and culture

      Pros

      Benefits are really good. Deep pockets spent on technology.

      Cons

      I've been there for many years, Visa does a poor job creating a culture that feels connected and stable. Being agile is important with technology but when nothing is stable including colleagues, review processes, the internal tools - it is chaotic and hard to get behind anything. It seems less like wisdom from leaders and more like managed chaos.

      Good Company overall. Good benefits. Has Changed over the years to focus on sales revenue and not the operational backbone to support it.

      Cons

      Leadership. Lack of transparency. No funding “ Do more with less’ year over year. Leadership just towing the line.
