      Toxic management and favoritism overshadow good pay

      Good pay for external hires

      Cons

      Managers are highly toxic . Lot of micromanagement and favouritism. Promotions are hard to come by if you are stuck with a blood sucking directors here. Employees are tracked heavily on various metrics which doesn’t make any sense. You can survive if you are good at buttering.
