There were hard workers amongst the company but many were just going with flow or felt the need to work hard. CEO lacks transparency and enthusiasm. Held Town Halls but felt more like telling us what needed to be done than acknowledging those who did the work. Culture was not as it seemed, dry.

During recent RIF- laid off employees told they were our then told to pack up and leave in 15 min while in front of colleagues that did not know what was going on. Not permitted to close out/transfer responsibilities. - unprofessional behavior of Leadership team - disrespected employees that worked hard for the company
