One of the best trainee programs in Brazil

The Votorantim's trainee program is maybe the more structured program in the Brazilian market. The opportunity to perform job rotations contribute to the growth of the professional and the company does not skimp on investments in training for young people it considers strategic in its succession pool.

Cons

Because it is a very large and established company, sometimes Votorantim is a little bit slow in the internal decision-making and too hierarchical.
