It's a development enviroment, where you can learn and develop both hard and soft skills. It's also a company that cares about the employees' welfare.

Cons

The company is looking forward and working hard to become digital and use that as a competitive advantage, but they are failing in the basics, I'm referring to the slow network and outdated computers.
