      Hard work but you get lots of training if not personal reward

      Pros

      Lots of Training Internal & External If you find a college course that can be applied to work then WEG will pay for it without question. Succesful & secure company Everybody works for each other - WEG family You feel part of something big when working for a global company

      Cons

      Hard work - pushed to the limit with workload People who have served the company for a while do not get the same rewards as some people who are brought in from outside. There appears to be a 20/80 split within the company. 20% of employees are given anything they want:car, phone, credit card, fuel, very good wages invites to marketing events etc 80% are given the bare minimum and it feels like the attitude is if you don't like it you can leave
