      In the beginning WEG was a great company to work for now it is not.

      Pros

      WEG is very flexible with schedule changes for personal reasons. WEG is a stable company that will be around for many years to come.

      Cons

      WEG is not a company who strongly support women or minorities of a certain origin. WEG seizes to truly value their employees as their number one asset. The upper male management can be rude and insulting at times.

      We strive to have a respectful and diverse workplace. There is strong female and minority representation on our Supervisor and Manager teams. We appreciate ideas from throughout the organization, and certainly take a serious approach to addressing communication issues that are brought to our attention.

      Sometimes you don't see a career plan for yourself.

      Thanks for the feedback. WEG believes that employee growth is essential to the success of the business. Career paths and learning plans are available to employees, so it seems that more internal promotion would be helpful.
