      Pros

      Healthy and non-toxic working environment. Good compensation and transparent salary brackets. Good career opportunities to grow in your field. Great and transparent management. Great employee support. Crunch is literally non-existent. I strongly believe that Wargaming is one of the better employers in game development. Deciding to work here was one of the best decisions I made so far. :)
