Pros

You get as much responsibility and challenge as you want. Sometimes it seems like you are working in start-up(with all its up's and down's), but its a large company with great benefits, stability and support for its employees(which is exceptionally good).

Cons

Same as pros, sometimes it has feeling of start-up with all its up's and down's. :)

Great Company!

Pros

Most importantly, it is one of the few global companies that are privately owned. As a result, many of the end-of-quarter activities that are typical in the industry are not necessary. There's a stronger focus on the wellbeing of the individual.

Cons

Nothing out of the norm for a company with locations in several countries.
