Seems out of the wood for now

Pros

They cut ties with Russia and split their work entirely from them following the invasion of Ukraine. A very bold move, but it seems to have been executed properly. It should get more recognition because they put themselves at risk for what they thought was the right thing to do. Not very common in the business world. The work environment is good and you get opportunities to learn a lot.

Cons

Only one product to work on at the moment, they are trying to define how to branch out to get more revenue sources
