Pros
Good benefits: insurance for employees and their family members. Strong engineering culture. Well-maintained codebase. Excellent onboarding process (a mentor is provided to help you get acclimated rather than immediately assigning work tasks).
Cons
Most of the technologies and frameworks are proprietary. Often, it’s unclear how to grow within the company and how to directly influence your salary (I think it depends on the lead).
