Pros

solid place, won't fail you, honest conduct, a lot of opportunities for growth

Cons

Fair pay, but not much else, lacks additional benefits compared to other AAA studios. Will overwork you if given the chance, though the situation has improved in recent years. They also tend to train people for their own specific needs, which can result in developers having highly specialized skills that make them mid- or senior-level within Wargaming, but not necessarily outside of it.

Cons

- too much of maintenance (incidents, user problems, support cases, ...) - many great engineers left in recent years due to relocation and company split
