Pros

They give opportunity for professional growth, same approach to employees regardless of race, gender, religion, etc. Quick adaptation to Corona-time complications. Coming forward to meet employee personal needs, like relocation. Support teambuildings, and other employee-side activites, like internal tournaments and hackathlons. Many incentives for employees: free soda, juices, fruits and breakfast items in the office, beer-o-clock, celebrations of finished features. Company also frequently evaluates performance with adequate raise in salary, and tries to keep employees happy. After war started, company did everything they could to help employees in danger to relocate and help them in personal life.

Cons

Some management decisions come from abroad and the Prague studio is given features, where it seems they don't have much free hand to choose.
