      -There are a lot of wonderful people who work here -Semblance of accessibility to upper management -Opportunities to learn and grow, depending on certain factors

      Cons

      -Young/inexperienced upper management. -Lack of professionalism -Upper management can feel too much like a "friend's club" -Profits/hitting targets are prioritised over employee happiness

      Pros

      I like the people, atmosphere, being involved in military gaming stuff everyday. The gaming industry in general has an interesting collection of people with all sorts of backgrounds, and it's generally positive working with them.

      Cons

      There's no way to step up from a local office to HQ, leaving you with a bad salary and no where to go after a while.
