      Pros

      This studio is populated with smart, pleasant, talented people. The atmosphere is one of respect and mutual support. A healthy work/life balance is actively encouraged, and teammates are willing to help each other learn and grow. I've very much valued my time here.

      Cons

      Not many cons, though the management hierarchy has become more and more remote as the studio has shifted its organization to report to the office in Chicago.

      Excellent professionals and passionate teams, solid company benefits and office location, sense of stability (mostly).

      Cons

      - You rarely have ownership over the product, it is too huge to acknowledge anyone involved. Some products get canned after few years, never releasing. - Unequal treatment between different studios and projects. - A lot of internal politics, with infighting over company resources and avoiding responsibility for failures. I watched dozens of colleagues being laid off, because some executives started shifting blame for their own failures. - Can be hard to improve your skill set in a static project that barely changes.
