Pros

I worked there for over 5 years and was part of really interesting projects and developments that will be hard to find anywhere else. Wargaming has a great offering for resources and departments to work with at the PM’s disposal and of course a player base of millions. The culture in the Wargaming Sydney office is its biggest asset, a high caliber of engineers, creatives and leads working with purpose, a family friendly environment with great work life balance, and investment in career development and innovation. The hackathons are not to be missed.

Cons

Wargaming had grown globally very quickly, and is still quite messy in how it operates. Each studio runs under their own management style which will make it hard to collaborate across countries. Sydney has done quite a good job in breaking these barriers.
