Pros

- Friendly and cordial work culture especially in the APAC region. - Generally very good pay grade especially when compared some of the local vacancy jobs. - In-game freebies and plenty of merchandise for you to bask in.

Cons

- Upper management's skills can be questionable, bureaucratic and at times unqualified for leading the team due to lack of knowledge within the allocated region. - Different policies in different office branches have lead to some highly controversial misconducts by employees. For instance, someone has officially been fired but somehow returns back to service due to some "surreptitious" politics.
