Pros

Great project. Lots of talented engenders and managers. Decent compensation.

Cons

Complex structure. Different teams have different engineering culture which brings communication issues. Crunching sometime (yep, it's gamedev baby)

Pros

Started here as junior game developer and worked for >2 years,. Team was friendly, compensation good, work was not stressful. I personally haven't faced overtime and big stresses (though sometimes urgent situations happen and some teammates had to work long hours)

Cons

As this is a big company experience can be opposite in different teams. Working on some positions might be stressfull (I have seen QA were pretty exhausted sometimes). This is gamedev business and sometimes they need this work to be done yesterday and there is no time for refactoring and etc. Also buerocracy and stupid managment appear from time to time, but depending on your position you may face it all the time or don't notice at all.
